I initially bought these so I could kick my legs under my desk as some form of exercise. These actually have many uses, strap to your ankles during your ab workouts for extra stability or added weight for lower ab sets. Use whilst running / walking or climbing the stairs.

If you're looking for a bargain head over to TKMAXX, I picked up these headphones for less than £10. Fully adjustable, comfortable over your ears and they even have a microphone and button so you can switch songs without getting your phone out. - Magic. 

9. NIKE pro shorts £20 NIKE

Nike pro shorts or as I like to call them "booty shorts". Let's face it we all have a secret Pinterest board full of these in all the shades and patterns under the sun. Gym bag essentials! No more having to pull your crotch every 2 mins during yoga, no more rustling of fabric on the treadmill, the angels have arrived in the form of dri-fit lycra. 

10. Yellow & Grey Trainers £12 Primark

Now, when I bought these my logic was.. shall I spend £30-40 on 1 pair of designer trainers or shall I get some funky ones from the supermarket / Primark so I can buy 2-3 pairs? I ended up buying 2 pairs of gorgeous trainers from primark, which get compliments everytime I wear them and I can match them up with my gym wardrobe. The downfall, no support. I have high arches on the bottom of my foot and these £12 beauties do not offer me any support whats so ever. Perfect for a light workout not so good for anything where you need stability.
