MORNING RITUALS FOR YOUR SOUL



Rise and shine!

We all have a morning ritual which goes something a little like:

Wake up - shower - eat - dress - commute

Add a little soul to your routine with the following ideas.

Hydration, hydration, hydration.
I don't know about you but when I wake up in the morning my mouth is drier than the desert. Everything is dry, my tongue is dry, my throat is dry, my skin.. is DRY!
A Glass or two of water when you first get up should be at the top of your list.


Stretch it out!!
Wake up your muscles ready for the day ahead.
Morning yoga anyone?


Meditate.
Take some time out to reflect on your daily goals.


Wake up at the same time everyday.
Have you tried the 6 am challenge?


Eat breakfast.
Because I know you don't!


Blend it baby!
Kale and cucumber smoothies are great for a morning boost.


Gratitude.
What are you grateful for?
Write down your top 3 each day.


Stay soulful, stay salty!
