KICK CRAVINGS TO THE KERB!




Need help sticking to your new diet? Are midday munchies letting you down?

Here's a few tips to keep your eating habits under control. 


- Get into a routine, eat 3 meals a day with healthy snacks in between.Try to eat at roughly the same time eat day so your body won't go craving for more. 

- Never leave yourself to starve, going 4 hours + without a meal is not only bad for your diet but bad for your body.

- SLOW DOWN! Take smaller bites and chew your food more. This gives your brain time to realise when your full. 

- Don't make your diet a chore, eat with friends and family, make your meal times a special occassion. 

- Think drink.. reaching for the cookies?? Grab a glass of water first, do you really want it?
