BEACH BOOTY READY




Summer is officially 6 months away!
Summer booties are made in the winter, with that in mind I've been working away perfecting my beach booty with a simple workout that can be done just about anywhere. Remember I'm not a fitness professional (yet), this is something that I put together and works for me, take and tweak the plan as you need. Don't forget to stretch!


Weighted squats; you can use actual weights if you have any or grab something heavy. Start with 10 if you think you may struggle and build up. 
I made this work out so that I'd be doing 180 squats each time I do this.
(I really want that booty!) But, if this is too much or not enough for you adjust accordingly.
